Phyllis T. Preston, 88, of Salisbury, MD, formerly of Port Allegany, PA, passed away peacefully on April 26, 2024, at Coastal Hospice at the Lake in Salisbury. She was born in Yonkers, NY, on July 2, 1935, the daughter of the late DeWitt B. and Muriel Buckbee Townsend.
